Cool Shadows

Daisies, the simplest of flowers always evoke an optimism, a feeling of joy. Always loved to paint them.

The vase was a prize in a neighborhood competition for the best garden. Daisies were in full bloom as were other flowers, and I wanted to capture the moment.

The cool white and the cool shadows blend so perfectly with the warm sunshine on a warm spring day.
